DEAR TEACHERS, PARENTS AND MY BELOVED STUDENTS,
Greetings to you all.
To the members of Montfort family, I am quite new, right?
I am glad to present myself to you. I am Bro. Robert, appointed as the new Principal and Correspondent of Montfort School, Kattur. It gives me immense joy to communicate with you all, through our school website since the present pandemic has made things hard for us to meet one another physically at school. Changes in life are inevitable and they are unchangeable! Everything considered as normal has changed into new normal. I have come to know and heard from many sources about the many positive changes taking place in this great temple of learning. Bro Soosairaj, the former Principal and Correspondent, had been the guiding light for the past four years. His tireless, selfless service to the school and students is etched in the hearts and minds of everyone who had stepped into the portals of Montfort School, Kattur.
The Chairman and Provincial of our Congregation has entrusted Bro. Soosairaj with new mission to accomplish. He has been transferred from Montfort. We thank our Bro. Soosairaj for all his contribution to the growth and development of this temple of learning. May God accompany him and bless all his endeavours in his future mission.
We have a new team of Brothers appointed by our Provincial superior. We dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to the cause of Education and to the task of nation building. It is my pleasure to introduce now our Brothers to you.
BRO. CHRISTURAJA
Bro. Christuraja is young and energetic, continues to offer his valuable service to Montfort as the Vice Principal.
BRO. DHANARAJ
Bro Dhanaraj, who was our former Provincial and Principal of Montfort school, Kattur has come back as the Administrator and Bursar of our School. Montfort will benefit much from his administrative expertise and experience.
BRO. GNANAPRAGASAM
Bro Gnanapragasam is our senior Brother with long years of experience in the field of technical Education and administration.
Besides the Brothers, I am also very happy to present to you Rev. Sr. Jacintha the Headmistress of our Kindergarten who also served Montfort for many years as the HM of Junior School since its inception.
Our teaching and non-teaching faculties known for their dedication and commitment are the irreplaceable assets of Montfort. We are very proud of them and their valuable contribution to Montfort of today.
Dear Parents, I am extremely happy to join you all in the making of your children at Montfort. Your collaboration and good will is indispensable for actualising your dreams and that of your children. We are all partners in this noble task. No doubt, together we can achieve our goal and scale new heights in the days ahead.
Dear Montfortians, the pandemic has turned our world topsy-turvy. Navigating the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown has forced our communities and families into untold difficulties and crises. I invite you all not to despair but to hope in the Lord and in yourself. Let us see in the midst of chaos, ample hidden opportunities. Enkindle the fire within you and dare to go all out to achieve your dreams of life ahead.
It is our yearning hope that soon God will grant us the opportunity and joy of meeting one another at our school. Until then, let us be prudent to follow the Govt. safety regulations in our movements and defeat the lurking so called Covid19 "third wave". Let us continue to pray for the wellbeing of all. On my part I assure you of my fraternal and prayerful support and good wishes for a very successful, happy and healthy academic year. I entrust you all at the feet of our Blessed Mother Mary for protection. May God bless you all!
