Optional Facilities
Special coaching facilities are available for Computer Science, Music & Dance, Electronics on payment of prescribed monthly fees.
Clubs
Eco club, Young Scientist's Forum, Language clubs, Adventure club, Social Work club, Quiz club, Maths club, Eco club and Karate club are other optional opportunities provided to students.
NCC
Our school has 2 Battalions of NCC students:
- 4 ( TN) girls Battalion Trichy- 75 students
- 3 CTC (Boys) Battalion Trichy- 100 students
Field & Educational Trips
Students are taken for field trips to places of historical, environmental, scientific and social significance. These field trips and picnics / educational tours foster learning beyond the classroom through experience.
Staff Training
Seminars and workshops are organized from time to time during the year for the staff to update their knowledge and teaching skills.
I am glad to present myself to you. I am Bro. Robert, appointed as the new Principal and Correspondent of Montfort School, Kattur. It gives me immense joy to communicate with you all, through our school website since the present pandemic has made things hard for us to meet one another physically at school. Changes in life are inevitable and they are unchangeable! Everything considered as normal has changed into new normal. I have come to know and heard from many sources about the many positive changes taking place in this great temple of learning.
