About Management
Montfort School is managed by the Registered Society of the Brothers of
St. Gabriel – Tamilnadu, popularly known as Montfort Brothers. The Sisters of St. Joseph’s of Cluny collaborate with the Brothers in managing the school since more than two decades.
About Committee
The school has a managing committee with a membership of 15 members representing the management, staff, parents and well wishers. The committee meets periodically to discuss on matters pertaining to the growth and development of the school.
About Teaching Staff
The school’s valuable asset is its teaching and non-teaching faculty. There are around 82 well qualified and experienced teachers in their domains of expertise to nurture the toddlers and primary children entrusted to their care.
The Pre-primary and Primary sections have two Rev. Sisters as Headmistresses from the Religious Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny, while the Principal and Vice-Principal posts are held by the Montfort Brothers looking after the senior school sections.
Teachers of senior school numbering 79 have been a cause to the rise, involving their dedicated and selfless service to the children imparting intellectual knowledge, moral and value based lessons for life, which is a preparation for life.
